Your Knowledge/skills, Education, And Experience Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable. Communication Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills. Behavior/ Core Competencies 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that drive business results. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing HR team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
