• Responsible for doing allpreparations before and during service, like preparing servingcutlery and bread baskets, making sure to work with clean equipmentand surfaces.
• Coordinate the orders in a waythat everything goes out to the guests in an efficient and timelymatter.
• Have full knowledge of F&B menuitems to assist guests and waiting staff whereneeded.
• Attend all F&B menu itemrelated trainings.
• Have full knowledge of thetable planning of the F&B outlets and being able tomemorize multiple orders at the same time.
• Runfood and beverages to guests not only in F&B outlets but ifnecessary to rooms, gym, swimming pooletc.
• Make sure to work in a safe and sanitaryway with the food and beverages.
• Check suppliesand put away stock.
• Keep an eye on the tablesfor next courses and communicate this with waiting staff andkitchen.
• Take orders and give information toguests if required and clearly communicate this tocolleagues.
• Make the waiting and kitchen staffaware of VIPs and special requests or needs fromguests.
• During the service, he/she should beable to deal with challenges, changes and help with tableturnovers.
• Assist in clearance of tables duringand after service.
• If necessary prepare orderslike drinks, snacks and breads.
• Help in otherdepartments if required.
• Attend departmentalmeetings.
• Responsible for cleaning tasks duringand after service.
• Make sure that all the guestareas look immaculate.
• Be friendly, courteousand professional when dealing with guests, staff or otherdepartments.
• Perform other duties as requestedby the senior management.
