SENIOR LEAD CONSULTANT – SERVICENOW (12-Month Contract)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Consultant – ServiceNow to drive transformation and platform strategy initiatives within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep ServiceNow expertise, strong consulting capabilities, and experience leading complex digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap development, and transformation initiatives.
  


• Oversee implementation and optimization of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and SecOps.
  


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
  


• Drive integration efforts with SAP/ERP systems and other enterprise platforms.
  


• Provide strategic guidance on leveraging AI platforms within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  


• Engage with senior stakeholders to support decision-making and program governance.
  


• Ensure delivery excellence across large-scale transformation programs.
  


• Required Experience & Skills
  


• 10–15+ years of experience in IT, operations, or consulting.
  


• Strong hands-on and strategic experience with ServiceNow.
  


• Proven track record in large-scale transformation programs.
  


• Experience working with Oil & Gas or major GCC/UAE enterprises (preferred).
  


• Familiarity with AI platforms, SAP/ERP integrations, and enterprise architecture.
  


• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS (highly preferred).
  


• SAFe certification is an added advantage.
