3D Visualizer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to produce high-quality architectural and interior design visualizations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, animation, and post-production, with the ability to transform concepts, drawings, and sketches into realistic visual presentations.

• Interpret and understand design concepts, architectural plans, and product specifications to create 3D visualizations that align with the project's vision.

• Develop high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials to ensure accurate representation of the design intent.

• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to discuss project requirements and feedback on visual elements.

• Create photo-realistic renderings and immersive 3D animations that showcase various design concepts and proposed changes.

• Continuously research and adopt the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D visualization to enhance the quality and efficiency of deliverables.

• Ensure all visualizations are delivered within set deadlines and adhere to project guidelines and standards.

• Provide input and suggestions to improve the overall visual appeal and aesthetics of design projects.

• Participate in team meetings and presentations to present and discuss 3D visualizations and receive feedback for further enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency in design and visual language across different projects
