• Understand day to day running & maintaining each account including SOPs & Standard Work Instructions (SWIs).
• Establish/monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the contracts.
• Coordinate with Finance all of the invoicing required for all accounts including following up payments.
• Stipulate fees that need to be charged to the individual client accounts.
• With the Account Manager, develop a good working relationship with the client.
• Attend regular client meetings to ensure smooth running of the contract.
• Deliver the day to day operations within the agreed timeframes.
• Ensure that individual work schedules are aligned to the team schedule in order to meet the deadlines.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in account management in the staffing industry.
