Your Tasks
As an Account Manager, you will engage with senior executives of multinational corporations as well as mid-sized companies in both the private and public sectors
You will work closely with CEOs, Board members, and management teams to develop and grow strategic client relationships
Acting as a true product expert, you will be the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams
️ As part of your missions
Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients
Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention
Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve targets
Act as a consultant on the product, supporting and guiding clients in their use of the solutions
Monitor KPIs related to business cases and product usage
Profile Required
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with at least 5 years of relevant experience
Fluent Arabic / English bilingual
Ability to develop long-term strategic plans for customers
️ Excellent presentation and communication skills
️ Strong ability to manage all aspects of a project
Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment
Strong desire to learn and become a functional expert on multiple software products
