Purpose
The Projects Account Manager
(PAM) is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of strategic,
recurring project customers across the UAE region. This is a hybrid account
management and commercial closure role: the PAM protects and grows existing
strategic customer relationships while taking primary ownership of commercial
progression, proposal management, negotiation, and deal closure for
opportunities handed over from the Hunter Business Development Manager, as well
as opportunities the PAM generates directly. The role works closely with the
Hunter BDM function to convert qualified opportunities into recurring,
profitable project business.
