Job Description - Account Manager - Sharjah - Delivery Hero

About the opportunity

  • Conductbusiness reviews with accounts and identify business opportunitiesand business relationships which result in the achievement ofincreased revenue profitability and marketshare.

  • Maintain continuousbusiness relationship with clients/Restaurants.

  • Provideexcellent service and support in order to build strong relationshipand resolve operational issues between clients/ restaurant andcompany.

  • Make sure that themenus of the clients are up to date at alltimes.

  • Optimize therestaurant content (MOA Deliverytime).

  • Commission raterenegotiation: Building new commercial relationships by renewingthe existing contacts by renegotiating theoffer.

  • Advertisement sales:Acquiring and maintaining pictures from brand menus brandingTalabat stickers at restaurants banners andnewsletter.

  • Generating foodcoupons promotions and vouchers from existingrestaurants.

  • Convinceclients / restaurants for brand promotion of Talabatpictures.

  • Transmissionmethod optimization: Convincing clients / restaurants to implementtrack order feature and changing the transmission method toWLA.

  • Convince therestaurant to go for digitalization (Backlinks Splash pagesWhitelabel Facebookbutton).

  • Encouragerestaurant to subscribe for the online paymentgateway.

  • Coordinate withthe restaurant if restaurant is live or active on the Talabatwebsite checking and resolve the reason such as shutting down orstopped delivery.

  • Maintain accuraterecords of all sales and prospecting activitiesincluding:

    • Closedsales

    • Followupactivities

    • Sales expensereport

    • Increased salesreport after placing promotion voucher andcoupons

    • Vendor analysissheet

    • Account managementreportQualifications


What you need to be successful

  • Bachelorsdegree in any discipline ofrelevance

  • From 2 to 4 yearsof experience holding the same title orrelevant

  • Able to analyzedata and sales statistics and curate asolution

  • ExcellentCommunication & Negotiationskills.

  • CustomerOriented.

  • Adaptability&Flexibility.
