ACCOUNTANT

Accountant required for Al yamama engineering company in iraq with below requirements. Duties & Responsibilities:


Prepare staff salaries
tax calculation & claims
Preparing & submitting document for bank guarantees local, international and third party guarantees, tender bond, performance bond
Maintaining the record for inventory
Prepares and reviews revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, quotation, local purchase order, payments other accounting documents, and information needed for the collection.
Prepare financial management reports including weekly, monthly cash flow position
Maintain PDC statement add new cheque in the statement and due cheque are transfer to his proper accounts.
Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
Monitors and reviews accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Resolves accounting discrepancies
Maintain report for indirect expenses
Maintains financial databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems
Issues invoices & Follow ups accounts receivable, accounts payable and aging reports.
Preparing supplier accounts reconciliation reports.
Prepares & update Fixed Assets
Prepares monthly adjustment entries (Prepaid Expenses, Accrued Expenses) Bank reconciliations.
Prepare job costing reports, including material issue to different jobs, payments to subcontractors, job progress reports, recognition of job revenue etc.
Performing other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
