A well-established Property & Real Estate Company based in Dubai is urgently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant / HR Officer to handle both finance and HR functions within the organization.

This is a dual-role position ideal for someone hands-on, organized, and comfortable managing both numbers and people processes.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Assist in VAT preparation and compliance
• Bank reconciliations and expense tracking
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants

HR & Administration

• Manage employee records and HR documentation
• Handle payroll preparation and WPS coordination
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support visa, leave management, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and/or HR
• Experience in UAE is preferred
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
• Basic understanding of UAE Labor Law
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
