Job Description - Accountant (Digital Commerce)

Jashanmal Group is looking for an Accountant to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

If you have a strong background in accounts receivable, customer reconciliations and e-commerce operations, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing and credit notes for e-commerce

customers.

• Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Review customer claims, deductions and commercial disputes, ensuring proper

documentation and timely resolution.

• Monitor customer-related expenses, rebates and marketing support in line with

agreed commercial terms.

• Prepare monthly gross margin reports, expense summaries and provisions.

• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and

efficient cash flow.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience working with Amazon, Noon and Shopify.

• Background in Accounts Receivable, Reconciliations and E-commerce Accounting.

• Excellent analytical skills

• Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
