Black & Grey HR is recruiting a General Accountant for an expanding holiday homes rental business in Dubai. Our client is looking for a General Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgetsAccountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.

Requirement

• Proven experience in senior accounting roles within the hospitality or real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
