Job Description - Ad Operations Manager - Leading AdTech Co

The Advertising Operations Manager oversees the endtoend execution of digital marketing and programmatic campaigns from initial setup to final reporting. This role involves coordinating with clients partners and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time within budget and meet the highest quality standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and confirm campaign KPIs and requirements.

Review and confirm campaign briefs with the Sales Team.

Manage the entire campaign lifecycle from receiving the brief to delivering endofcampaign reports.

Analyze and monitor campaign performance providing action points to partners.

Report on campaign performance to clients and stakeholders through weekly performance reports monthly spend reports and endofcampaign reports.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications related to campaign performance and delivery.

Manage client expectations regarding delivery and campaign performance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner communications related to campaign performance and delivery.

Communicate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Resolve any issues or problems related to campaign setup and performance with vendors and partners.

Maintain positive relationships with vendors.

Create and maintain reports on project progress and performance.

Communicate project status to internal stakeholders and lead weekly and daily status calls.

Create monthly spend reports and endofcampaign reports for Finance to facilitate billing.

Support Finance with adhoc requests regarding delivery reports and resolve any billing or invoice issues with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.

5 years of experience in digital marketing and programmatic with a focus on campaign delivery and operations.

Strong project management skills.

Experience with Google DV360 Google Analytics Tag Manager DCM TTD and Adform.

Proficiency in managing digital marketing campaigns and all KPIs including DV and IAS benchmarks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
