The College of Business Administration at Ajman University invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty position in Finance, beginning in the Fall Semester of the 2026–27 academic year.

Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a professional qualification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CPA, ICEAW etc.) 

• A minimum of five years of relevant professional / industry experience; previous teaching experience is welcome but not essential.

• Fluency in English; excellent communication and collaboration skills

• A strong commitment to ethical and professional practice

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction in undergraduate Finance courses, ensuring alignment with course objectives and active student engagement.

• Share current industry practices, professional standards, and workplace experiences

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support learning.

• Develop, organize, and update instructional resources, syllabi, and teaching materials.

• Design innovative and practice-oriented course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies.

• Integrate practical applications, business cases, simulations, and emerging industry trends into classroom learning.

• Promote effective collaboration with colleagues and build productive relationships within the university and broader community.

• Inspire and motivate students to develop finance competencies and professional growth.
