Job Description - Admin Receptionist

Job Description:
you will assist with a variety ofclerical and administrative duties. These tasks include greetingclients, answering phones, taking messages, managing email and mailcorrespondence, and calendaring. You may also assist withinvoicing, updating client files, and ordering office supplies.Since you will be the first person clients see as they walk throughour door, we are looking for an individual who can maintain aprofessional appearance at alltimes.

Responsibilities:
1. Answer phones and takemessages
2. Respond to emails
3. Manage mailcorrespondence
4. Greet clients and visitors
5.Help maintain officecalendar

Qualification:
1. Bachelor'sdegree
2. Administrative or clerical experiencepreferred
3. Computer proficiency
4.Organizational and time management skills
