Job Description - Administration Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee administrative operations, local procurement activities, trade license management, and government-related documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, maintain compliance requirements, and support business functions through effective coordination and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
  • Handle local procurement activities, vendor sourcing, quotations, and purchase coordination.
  • Manage trade license renewals, permits, and regulatory documentation.
  • Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain company records, contracts, licenses, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate office facilities, assets, and operational requirements.
  • Support vehicle administration, logistics coordination, and staff-related administrative matters.
  • Ensure timely completion of all compliance and documentation requirements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Administration, Procurement, or Office Management.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE trade licenses, government procedures, and documentation.
  • Experience handling local procurement and vendor management.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
