Job Description - Administrative & Office Skills Trainer (On -site | Freelancer)

Job Summary

Restore Talent Solutions is expanding its network of experienced freelance Administrative & Office Skills Trainers to deliver high -impact corporate training programs across the UAE and wider GCC region.

We are seeking professional facilitators who can train administrative teams, office managers, executive assistants, and support professionals in the practical skills required to manage modern office environments effectively.

Assignments will include delivering workshops from the RTS Administration & Office Management programme portfolio, covering both foundational office practices and modern digital workplace skills.

Key Training Areas Covered

Freelance trainers may be assigned to facilitate one or more of the following programmes:

  • Fundamentals of Project Management for Administrators

  • Event Management and Corporate Coordination

  • Office Management and Workflow Excellence

  • Professional Secretarial & Administration Skills

  • The Perfect PA / Executive Support Excellence

  • Digital Tools for Office Productivity (Teams, SharePoint, AI tools)

  • Agile Project Management for Admin Teams

  • Hybrid & Remote Office Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging administrative and office management training workshops for corporate clients

  • Facilitate interactive sessions using simulations, role plays, and workplace case studies

  • Support participants in improving organization, communication, productivity, and office systems

  • Train admin teams on modern digital collaboration tools and hybrid workplace practices

  • Adapt delivery for diverse professional audiences across GCC environments

  • Represent Restore Talent Solutions professionally during client engagements

  • Provide practical action plans and delivery feedback post -session when required




Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering corporate training in administration, office management, or executive support

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and classroom engagement skills

  • Familiarity with modern office productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, collaboration platforms)

  • Professional fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

Engagement Model

This is a freelance trainer pool opportunity, with delivery assignments offered based on:

  • Trainer specialisation

  • Client schedules and location

  • Availability and programme demand
