Administrative Assistant Jobs In Dubai | Five Hotels Careers

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support in the office/site office.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
• Manage all commercial and technical documents for the project/s.
• Maintain the executive’s agenda and assist the CEO in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Draft letters, purchase orders, work orders, request for proposals and any another related task as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Good written and oral communication skills in English. Candidates with knowledge in multiple languages will be preferred.
• Previous experience with MNC’s will be an asset.
• Highly organized, pro-active and can work with minimal supervision.
• The ability to work at his/her own initiative and around tight deadlines.
• Flexibility and adaptability to juggle between a range of tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
• An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
