As an Admin Assistant at the Royal Palace, your primary responsibilities will include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records. You will be expected to interact with high-profile individuals and ensure the highest level of professionalism at all times.

This position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations within the Royal Palace.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly in logistics and within a formal or high-profile environment, is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Discretion and professionalism while handling sensitive information
• A strong commitment to providing excellent service and support
• Must have background in logistics
• Sinhala speaking is a plus
• Must be in UAE

Salary: AED 5,500 plus sharing accommodation, food, and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
