Adult Psychiatrist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Adult Psychiatrist to join our mental health team. In this essential role, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to adult patients, including assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing management of mental health conditions. Core Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations of adult patients to assess their mental health status.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Provide psychotherapy and medication management to address various psychiatric disorders.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and support.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient assessments and treatment progress.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development to stay current with advancements in psychiatry.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Psychiatry is preferred.
• A current, valid medical license in the relevant state.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in adult psychiatry.
• Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating adult psychiatric disorders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
