About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Affiliate Operations Specialist to join our team, focusing on Affiliate Marketing and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management. In this role, you will manage affiliate marketing initiatives, collaborate with top KOLs, and support the Business Development team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional campaign performance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of account management, operations, and data analysis in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Affiliate Marketing Operations

Manage affiliate marketing operations to optimize campaigns and drive growth.

Regularly update and maintain the Affiliate Portal to ensure partners have access to accurate and up-to-date information.

Affiliate Campaign Management

Coordinate, execute, and track marketing campaigns with OKX KOLs.

Maintain detailed records of campaign activities and analyze performance metrics to generate actionable insights.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

Assist Business Development (BD) Managers with daily operations, including preparing reports and ensuring timely follow-ups on key tasks.

Extract data from the CRM weekly, monthly, and quarterly to generate performance reports.

Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for strategic improvements.

Affiliate Account Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for KOLs, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering strong partnerships.

Conduct periodic audits with BD and top KOLs to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.

What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or business development , preferably in a fast-paced tech or crypto company or relevant internships.

Russian-native speaker, advanced or fluent in English.

You are a go-getter, excited to drive growth, and creative in your approach.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Suit, Slack, Jira, Trello

Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
