Agricultural Farm Assistant Cleaning Supervisor

Apt Resources is excited to announce an opening for an Agricultural Farm Assistant Cleaning Supervisor for our royal palace client in UAE. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that all facilities across the farms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will assist the Cleaning Supervisor in managing a dedicated cleaning team, implementing cleaning schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cleaning Supervisor in overseeing daily cleaning operations across multiple farm locations
• Train and supervise cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as necessary
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and health regulations in all areas
• Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure proper usage and storage
• Assist in developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to address cleaning-related needs and concerns

• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as needed
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if necessary
• Must know how to speak Arabic.

The salary is AED 1,600 plus free accommodation, food, and other benefits as per labor law.
