At dwp., AI is embedded into how we design, think and deliver. As our Dubai studio continues to grow, we are looking for lead and intermediary level talent to help drive our AI-native evolution.

We are currently looking to accelerate the intersection of spatial design and computational intelligence.

This position blends:
• Generative AI-driven rapid prototyping
• Integration of AI workflows into Revit & BIM
• Development of custom AI tools and automation
• Mentorship and firm-wide AI upskilling 

AI Design Lead 

We’re looking for AI experienced talent who are fluent in emerging AI technologies.
