About the Role

Liquidity is seeking a highly technical and hands-on AI Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered products across the full lifecycle — from data ingestion and modeling to user-facing applications.

In this role, you will focus on building production-grade AI systems that power investment workflows, financial analysis, and decision-making. You will translate complex business problems in credit risk, deal structuring, and financial modeling into scalable AI-driven solutions, working at the intersection of Product, Data Science, and Engineering.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-native experiences, including agent-based systems, decision support tools, and financial data platforms, ensuring high standards of accuracy, reliability, and usability.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver AI-native product experiences, including chat interfaces, agent-based workflows, automation, and decision support tools.
• Translate complex financial and investment problems into scalable AI systems and product solutions.
• Drive end-to-end product development across data pipelines, model layers, and application layers.
• Design and implement multi-agent or prompt-based systems across key workflows such as origination, diligence, and monitoring.
• Build and maintain structured representations of financial data and products.
• Own the quality of AI outputs, ensuring accuracy, explainability, and reliability in production environments.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align on product goals and execution.
• Debug and resolve issues across the stack, including data, model performance, and user experience.
• Lead the development of AI assistants, financial data mapping systems, risk scoring engines, and simulation tools.
• Balance speed and precision in delivering high-impact solutions within a financial context.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Product Management with strong technical depth.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, including prompting, RAG, evaluation, and hallucination mitigation.
• Solid knowledge of data pipelines (ETL, APIs) and structured vs. unstructured data systems.
• Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals, model behavior, and evaluation metrics.
• Experience working with financial, analytical, or data-intensive systems is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL or data querying and experience with API-based integrations.
• Ability to design high-level system architecture across data, models, and product layers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug across data, model, and UX layers.
• Experience working closely with Data Science and Engineering teams in production environments.
• Background in fintech, analytics platforms, or AI-driven products is a strong plus.
