Aircraft Structures Engineer

Evaluate the permanent repairs required and make sure all tooling and materials are arranged.Maintains a safe and clean work environment. Education: Degree in Aeronautical, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering - Preferred Experience: 10 years in aviation with degree OR 15 years without; 3 years in a team lead role Formal training in aircraft structures/composites - Required Must have a valid B1 Aircraft Maintenance License as background Proficient in SRM, CMM, AMM (preferably EY Fleet: A350, B787, B777, A320, A380) Able to assess damage and certify repairs per OEM and GCAA standards Leads structures/paint/machining team during shift operations Communicates with MCC and ensures compliance with manuals and procedures Documents repairs using internal systems Promotes clean, safe, FOD-free working environment Active participant in SQMM and safety reporting culture Must complete Mandatory Induction Training within 6 months of joining Well-groomed with a professional and safety-focused approach
