Airline Digital Tester

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a ⁠⁠⁠Airline Digital Tester – Check-in Systems (Web & Mobile) for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.

Please note: This position requires the candidate’s physical presence in the UAE. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available at this time. The selected candidate should be able to relocate and start within one month from offer acceptance.

Responsibilities:

• Test airline check-in systems across web and mobile platforms
• Validate passenger journeys: booking, seat selection, baggage, payment, boarding pass
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Use Jira for defect tracking and QMetry for test case execution
• Perform API testing and ensure cross-platform compatibility
• Provide test metrics and contribute to automation feasibility

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years in software testing, 3+ years in airline domain is a MUST
• Strong knowledge of PSS, DCS, and airline systems
• Experience with web/mobile testing, Jira, QMetry
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Appium)
• Experience with airline e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of payment systems, loyalty programs, baggage integrations
• ISTQB or equivalent certification
