Coordinate and deliver guest acceptance and handling across all airport touchpoints (check-in, boarding, arrivals), ensuring exceptional customer service and full compliance with safety, security, brand standards, policies, and procedures. Deliver performance in line with agreed KPIs, ancillary revenue goals, and customer service targets. Coordinate on-shift operations with internal and external stakeholders, including airline teams, handling partners, service providers, and local authorities, ensuring clear briefings, real-time updates, and effective communication. Manage flight editing and special guest requirements, including the planning and handling of VIP/MAAS, PRM, and other special-category guests. Are you a UAE National aged 19+ with a valid family book Have completed a minimum of a 2-year Diploma (accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education) Are fluent in English Have experience in a customer service position (preferred) Are able to work on shift-based schedules Can wear the Etihad uniform with pride Completed or permanently exempted from UAE National Service (males only)
