Position: Al Ain Museum Section Head

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Section Head for our Al Ain Museum. The ideal candidate will have a passion for history and culture, with a strong background in museum management and curation. As the Section Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the museum's operations, including collections management, exhibition planning, and staff management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Museum Studies, History, Art, or a related field

- Minimum of 9 years of experience in museum management, with a proven track record of success

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team

- Emirati National

- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives

- Fluency in English and Arabic are required.
