Job Description

The Al Ain Talent Pool is designed to support Emirati talent by gathering CVs of candidates who are ready to join full-time roles in Al Ain. This initiative allows us to match applicants with suitable openings across several departments.

There is no specific job title attached , as this is a data collection and screening pool for future placements based on your background, skills, and interests.

We encourage all unemployed UAE Nationals in Al Ain -from fresh graduates to experienced professionals-to apply and be part of this hiring pipeline.

Responsibilities

Because this is a Talent Pool (not a specific role), final responsibilities will depend on the department and position you are matched with in Al Ain. Potential responsibilities may include:

• Supporting daily operations within assigned departments
• Assisting teams with administrative and coordination tasks
• Participating in on-the-job training and development activities
• Contributing to department projects and initiatives
• Working collaboratively to support organizational goals

(Responsibilities will be finalized once a candidate is placed into a specific role.)

Qualifications

• UAE National with a Family Book
• Al Ain citizen (Resident of Al Ain specifically)
• Minimum education: High School certificate or University degree
• Unemployed and actively seeking a job
• With or without prior work experience
• All majors and academic backgrounds are welcome
