Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and implementing the necessary translations, proof reading content, and updating and publishing all marketing content
• Analyse online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys
• Evaluate and recommend new digital marketing opportunities and technologies
• Manage marketing budget and show project ROI
• Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
• Ensure that all marketing content is localised and personalised to the relevant audience and is uploaded quickly and efficiently. This includes making sure all marketing collateral is on brand to ensure that campaigns are compelling and drives sales
• Own the marketing calendar and take the lead to plan and execute all marketing campaigns and media launches
• Monitor and analyse sales to make recommendations on market-specific promotions to increase demand, campaign activity, market opportunities, growth opportunities, areas of concern and areas that are performing well
• Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
• Develop a deep understanding of our product and services, value proposition, target audiences and distribution channels to help develop the most effective marketing strategies for your markets.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to interact and present your ideas to various levels of an organisation to explain and gain support for initiatives
• A high degree of creativity to find new, compelling ways to reach and communicate to consumers
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
• Very strong analytical skills to identify and scope opportunities, measure campaign and channel performance, understand key drivers to optimise results, and forecast business impact at the customer and channel level
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Marketing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to manage a huge variety of campaigns and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong consumer understanding skills across all cultures
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online/offline marketing and measurement
• Flexible, creative, and a self-starter who will roll up their sleeves and get the job done in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and an outstanding team player
• A degree in Communications or Marketing or a related field is essential
