Aluminum Fabrication Foreman

Summary:

Axe Recruiting is seeking an experienced and skilled Aluminum Fabrication Foreman to join our client's team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of aluminum systems and be able to lead and manage a team of fabricators.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation of aluminum frames for windows and doors, ACP, louvers, brackets, runners, handrails, roof cladding, and glass panels.

• Ensure that all tasks are completed according to the project timeline and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Communicate with and manage laborers, ensuring they meet project requirements, plan in advance, and resolve disputes.

• Supervise the fixing, cladding, and installation of glass at the job location.

• Ensure that aluminum profiles are cut to the correct size and requirements.

• Understand technical drawings and project requirements.

• Fabricate aluminum structures and work with steel.

• Possess strong welding skills and experience with various welding techniques.

• Collaborate with glass professionals for specific project requirements.

• Pay attention to detail and interpret technical drawings accurately.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in ACP cladding, aluminum, or glass industry (required).
