AML Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AML compliance policies and procedures.
  
• Monitor transactions and customer activity to identify and report suspicious behavior.
  
• Ensure compliance with local and international AML regulations.
  
• Conduct AML audits, assessments, and risk evaluations.
  
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies for AML reporting.
  
• Provide training and support to staff on AML regulations and procedures.
  
• Stay updated with the latest changes in AML laws and best practices.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or a related field.
  
• 3 -5 years of experience in AML compliance or a similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of AML laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  
• Certification in AML (e.g., CAMS) is a plus.
  
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
