As an Anesthesia Consultant in this specialty, you will be responsible for delivering expert anesthesia care, managing critically ill patients, and providing advanced pain management solutions. This role demands a compassionate and skilled physician dedicated to optimizing patient outcomes in high-acuity settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for critically ill patients in intensive care units and during high-risk surgical procedures.
• Develop and implement comprehensive pain management plans, integrating pharmacological and non-pharmacological strategies.
• Conduct thorough preoperative assessments and perioperative care planning.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including intensivists, surgeons, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Monitor and manage patients' hemodynamic and respiratory status during anesthesia and critical care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records.
• Stay current with advances in critical care anesthesia and pain management techniques.

• Medical degree with specialization in Anesthesiology.
• Board certification in Anesthesiology with additional expertise or certification in Critical Care and Pain Management.
• Valid UAE or Abu Dhabi medical license or willingness to obtain one.
• Extensive experience in anesthesia for critical care patients and advanced pain management.
• Strong knowledge of critical care protocols, anesthesia techniques, and pain management modalities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environments.
