Arabic Receptionist / Personal Assistant

Our client, a new company, is urgently looking for an Arabic Receptionist / Personal Assistant who will be based in their newly set up office in Dubai. For this role, you will be expected to manage the reception and at the same time, provide secretarial support to the Senior Manager. Working hours will be from 9AM to 6PM, Sunday through Thursday.

To be considered, you should be a diploma holder with minimum 5 years of experience in administration / PA. Fluency in English and Arabic is highly required. You should be presentable, smart looking and dynamic individual who has the ability to work multi tasks with limited supervision.
