Job Description

Responsibilities

• Deliver Arabic language instruction following the curriculum set by the UAE Ministry of Education.
  


• Create and execute dynamic lesson plans to facilitate student learning and language acquisition.
  


• Evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback to both students and parents.
  


• Cultivate a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages active engagement and inquiry.
  


• Engage in school activities, professional development opportunities, and parent-teacher conferences.
  


• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance teaching methodologies and curriculum content.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related field.
  


• ADEK approval or eligibility is required.
  


• Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience in a similar capacity.
  


• Proficient in classroom management and communication.
  


• Demonstrated proficiency in culturally responsive teaching methods.
  


• Familiarity with digital teaching tools is advantageous.
