Architectural Technicians/Technologists

We’re looking for Architectural Technicians/Technologists to play a critical role delivering project documentation and technical excellence for a portfolio that spans commercial, mixed -use, civic and hospitality sectors throughout the Middle East.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute technical expertise across a diverse range of innovative architecture projects. The successful candidate will play a key part in the preparation of project documentation, technical detailing, and quality assurance.

Duties and responsibilities

• Assist architects with all aspects of design development, from concept through to completion of projects.
  
• Ensure compliance with local authorities and relevant codes, applying appropriate standards such as BS or equivalent.
  
• Oversee technical detailing and the preparation of construction documents for a wide variety of project types.
  
• Collaborate with consultants and coordinate multidisciplinary design packages.
  
• Review drawings for quality and completeness prior to submission.
  
• Participate in the management of regulatory approvals and submissions to external stakeholders.
  
• Contribute to mentoring and supporting junior staff members within the team.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
  
• At least 6 years’ professional experience in an architectural practice, with CIAT registration preferred.
  
• Excellent proficiency in industry -standard software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  
• Strong communication, organisational, and team collaboration skills.
  
•  Strong problem -solving ability and a keen eye for detail.
