Architectural/Design/Landscape/ Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints.
• Develop and present innovative interior design concepts, incorporating the latest trends and client requirements.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of landscaping projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
• Lead the sales process, including client meetings, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring designs are executed to the highest standards and within established timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to enhance design and sales capabilities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to designerâs team and sales team members.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in all design projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorâs degree in architecture or a related field.
• Proven track record with 7-8 years of experience in interior design and sales within the UAE market.
• Previous experience working on luxury villa construction and landscaping projects in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, interior design trends, and space planning.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful interior design projects and sales achievements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Proficient in relevant design software and tools.
• Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
