Job Description - Assist Nurse

An active Registered Nurse (RN)license.
A minimum of 3 years of experience asa Registered Nurse First Assist, Certified Surgical FirstAssistant, or Operating Room RegisteredNurse.
Certification as a Registered NurseFirst Assistant (RNFA) or Certified Surgical First Assistant(CSFA).
Excellent knowledge of surgicalprocedures, patient care, and nursing bestpractices.
Exceptional interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to work effectively with adiverse team of healthcareprofessionals.
Strong problem-solving abilitiesand attention to detail.
The ability to handlea high-stress, fast-paced work environment while maintaining a highlevel of professionalism and patient care.
BLSand ACLS certification from the American HeartAssociation.
Ability to work flexible hours,including nights, weekends, and holidays, asneeded.
