Assistant Consultant Gynecologic Oncology

Allocation Assist Middle East specializes in placing highly qualified medical professionals in leading hospitals across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Consultant in Gynecologic Oncology with western training or education to join a prestigious medical institution in Riyadh. 
 

Position overview  
This role involves diagnosing and treating gynecologic cancers while ensuring patients receive advanced, compassionate care. The ideal candidate will have expertise in surgical and medical oncology, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize treatment strategies.  

Key responsibilities  
- diagnose and manage gynecologic malignancies, including ovarian, cervical, and endometrial cancers  
- develop personalized treatment plans incorporating surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy  
- collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and surgeons in a comprehensive cancer care setting  
- monitor treatment effectiveness, adjust protocols as needed, and provide supportive patient care  
- participate in clinical research initiatives to advance gynecologic oncology treatment  
- ensure adherence to international oncology guidelines and quality standards in patient care  

Qualifications  
- medical degree from an accredited western institution with specialization in gynecologic oncology  
- board certification or postgraduate qualification in medical oncology or gynecologic oncology from a recognized certifying body  
- minimum five years of experience in an oncology-focused medical setting  
- strong expertise in cancer treatment protocols, surgical oncology, and patient management  
- excellent communication skills for collaboration within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment  
- fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial but not required
