Responsibilities

• Develop engaging, creative and innovative social media content
• Determine the effectiveness of existing programs and develop new strategies
• Determines overall marketing campaign. Monitors and reviews the response rates in order to improve and take corrective measures (where applicable).
• Pro-actively promote Rooms, Food and Beverage including Banquet/Conferences, or any other current or forthcoming activities which lead to potential sources of business.
• Manage the social media calendars which include supporting photo shoots, copywriting brand-focused messages for regular scheduled posts, attending events and activations to take social media stories
• Bring ideas and participate in the preparations of the promotional theme events, other promotional activities

Requirement

• A hands-on approach with a ‘can-do’ spirit
• Must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
• The ability to manage and drive a highly dynamic operation
• Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
• A degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communication or experience in Marketing
• Interest and experience in Luxury Retail or F&B sector
• Good knowledge and interest in social media platforms
