• Degree in Business Administrationand/or Hospitality Management
• Minimum of 5years’ experience in international luxury lifestylehospitality sector, preferably exposed to MENAregion.
• Team leadership, coaching, development,recruitment and alignment within Sales, Marketing and Revenueteams.
• Strategic Commercial planning andexecution.
• Proactive, passionate, actionoriented and result driven.
• Organized,disciplined, dedicated, loyal and aself-starter.
• Focused, energetic and flexibleleader with a vision.
• Fluent in English andpreferably additional foreignlanguages.
• Assertive but with a diplomaticapproach to business.
• Must possess top levelbusiness management, interpersonal, and facilitationskills.
• High level commercial anddecision-making skills.
• Presentation and publicspeaking attributes.
• Needs good knowledge ofMicrosoft Office and Windows – based computerapplications.
