Job Brief

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Assistant to provide support to our Marketing department in various administrative and project-related tasks. The ideal candidate should possess a strong organizational mindset, an understanding of marketing principles, and excellent communication skills.

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations.
• Assist marketing executives in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and projects.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer feedback, ratings, and questionnaires.
• Utilize marketing analytics tools to gather and interpret important data from various sources.
• Update databases, spreadsheets, and inventories with relevant information.
• Participate in the planning and organization of promotional events and campaigns, both traditional and digital.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for promotional purposes.
• Create and manage online content on the company website and social media platforms.
• Draft marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, and content for various channels.
• Interact directly with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.

Marketing Assistant Requirements

• A high school diploma, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a marketing assistant or in a related role.
• Strong grasp of office management and marketing principles.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in market research techniques and databases.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
