In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Nurses in delivering personalized care, including help with daily living activities and personal grooming
• Measure and record vital signs, keeping thorough documentation to support patient care
• Assist with patient mobility needs and ensure their safety and comfort at all times
• Help manage medication adherence by providing reminders and supporting prescribed treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families on health-related concerns and ongoing care practices
• Uphold infection control standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to foster collaborative care

• Valid DHA certification as an Assistant Nurse
• Experience in homecare or a similar healthcare setting is an advantage
• Proficient communication skills with a strong emphasis on patient interaction
• Compassionate and caring approach to nursing
• Ability to work independently with strong initiative
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of nursing practices and patient care
