Assistant Production Manager

Planning of manpower, capacity enhancement, material control, Production plan. 

Develop production schedule and oversee the production is done within the time specified.

Coordinate with stores for material issue controls, planning of import purchase, and lead time management.

Corrective actions to the complaints and Non conformities related to products / process.

Responsible for Quantity control, process improvements and deficiency control

Implement management systems, policies and procedures for continual improvement of the organization

Monitoring manpower, identify the training requirements

Maintenance of the machineries and Equipment’s. 

Managing and removing scraps and non-conforming products from the production area

Insist on better housekeeping through clean surroundings and better waste management systems
