Assistant Sales Manager

• Conduct weekly opportunityreviews, strategizing to advance sales opportunities towardsclosure across various stages.
• Manage andmonitor the sales pipeline, identifying growth opportunities andmaintaining a balanced flow across differentstages.
• Utilize Salesforce reports anddashboards to track key sales metrics, uncover trends, and provideinsights to optimize salesperformance.
• Collaborate with the inside salesteam to ensure efficient lead generation and appointment settingfor field sales reps.
• Review and enhance salespresentations crafted by the field sales team, ensuring clarity,conciseness, and effectiveness.
• Support theSales Director with various sales-related tasks asrequired.
• Oversee marketing activities alignedwith sales goals to ensure effectiveness andalignment.
• Analyze sales data to identify areasfor improvement and optimize sales processes.
  

Requirements

• Preferred: Master’s inBusiness Administration (MBA) or equivalentexperience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience insales management, preferably in the softwareindustry.
• Demonstrated success in achievingsales targets and exceeding quotas.
• Proficiencyin Salesforce for sales opportunity management, with stronganalytical skills.
• Excellent communication andpresentation abilities, coupled with the capacity to effectivelydeliver sales presentations and providecoaching.
• Experience in team management andmotivation to drive goal achievement.
• Abilityto prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and workindependently.
• Strong work ethic and aresults-oriented mindset.
• Experience inmodeling or simulation software sales isadvantageous.
