Assistant Sales Manager - Arabic Speaker (FMCG)

Currently, we are servicing an FMCG company in the UAE. They are looking for an experienced  Assistant Sales Manager. The job purpose of anAssistant Export Sales Manager involves supporting the Export Sales Manager invarious aspects of the export sales process. Plays a crucial role in ensuringthe smooth functioning of the export sales department and achieving salestargets in international markets within the GCC region.

· Internal: Alldepartment

· External:Distributors, Logistic providers, Channel Partners, Customers.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Sales Support:

Assist indeveloping and implementing sales strategies to expand the company's presencein international markets- GCC.

· Collaboratewith the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities andpotential markets.

· Providesupport in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts forpotential clients.

2. CustomerRelationship Management:

· Build andmaintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the globalmarket - GCC.

· Addresscustomer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly to ensure high levels ofcustomer satisfaction.

· Work closelywith customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

3. OrderProcessing and Logistics:

· Coordinatewith various internal departments to ensure the timely processing andfulfilment of export orders.

· Monitor theprogress of orders and shipments to ensure they comply with internationalregulations and customer expectations.

· Collaboratewith logistics teams to optimize shipping processes and reduce lead times.

4. MarketResearch and Analysis:

· Conduct marketresearch to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities ininternational markets.

· Analyse salesdata to assess the performance of products in different regions and makerecommendations for improvement.

· Stay informedabout changes in trade regulations and customs requirements toensure compliance.

5. Documentationand Compliance:

· Assist inpreparing and maintaining accurate export documentation, including invoices,shipping documents, and customs declarations.

· Ensurecompliance with international trade laws and regulations, including exportcontrols and sanctions.

6. Reporting :

· Generate andanalyse sales reports to evaluate the effectiveness of export sales strategies.

· Provideregular updates to the Export Sales Manager on sales performance, markettrends, and potential risks or opportunities.

7. TeamCollaboration:

· Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and production, toensure a cohesive and efficient export sales operation.

· Support thetraining and development of sales staff involved in international markets-GCC.
