Assistant Sales Manager - Leisure

• Exceeds personal sales goals on amonthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Solicitswholesale and tour series business through action plan preparationand execution
• Independently responsible forachievement of objectives, as outlined in the actionplans
• Identifies key prospects based on hotelgoals and achieve specific conversiongoals
• Actively supports the goals of the teamand recommends revenue producing activities and ways toimplement
• As directed, participates intradeshows, road shows and promotional events within the hotel andtrade related organizations
• Maintains positiverelationships with all guests, tour operators, colleagues andglobal sales network
• Develop and execute salesstrategies to increase market share, grow revenue, and achieveprofitability goals
• Create annual sales plansin collaboration with the Director of Sales, setting targets andquotas for each account manager
• Monitorindividual and team performance against targets, providing feedbackand coaching regularly to ensure success
• Attendindustry events and trade shows to generate leads and cultivaterelationships with potential customers
• Serve asthe primary point of contact for key accounts, managingexpectations and ensuring customersatisfaction
• Prepare reports on sales activityand pipeline progress for upper management
• Stayup-to-date on industry trends and developments, and adjust salesstrategies accordingly
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Hospitality Management, or relatedfield.
• Proven experience in sales, preferablyin the leisure or hospitality industry.
• Strongnegotiation, communication, and interpersonalskills.
• Ability to work independently and aspart of a team in a fast-pacedenvironment.
• Proficiency in sales software andCRM systems.
• Flexibility to travel asrequired.
