1) Businessrelated:
a) Managing end-to-end ITsolution and services sales for MEA centric organization to achieveand exceed monthly, quarterly, half yearly assignedtargets
b) New Lead generation, Leadqualification, BOQ formation, Value proposition, Pricing strategy,negotiation, and closure (complete sales process) to increase thecustomer breadth
c) Designing and implementing astrategic sales plan that expands company's customer baseand ensure its strong presence for the Business assigned tohim/her
d) Designing & proposing acost-effective solution by working with various teams. Negotiateand close with customers
e) Payment follow up andmanaging the Account Receivable from customers
2)Customer related:
a)Maintaining existing customers, taking care of any escalations, andclosing issues at war footing
b) Engaging withthe existing customers on regular basis to identify opportunitiesto increase share of wallet and ensure we cater to maximum share ofwallet
3) Vendors/Partnersrelated:
a) Periodic meetings withvendor to give them the idea of customers engaged with &for price benefits
b) Design Partners sales planworking with them to sell thru Company Services. Design sales kitsfor partners to sell our services. Enabling partners will all thesupport in terms of sales tools, timely quotes and any othersupport to sell ourservices.
RequiredCompetencies:
Minimum 10 years ofexperience in IT Services sales especially in Technology solutionsand services sales
Good technical knowledge anddomain expertise on storage/compute products/emergingtechnologies
Good interpersonal, planning,organizational and analytical skills
GoodCommunication and negotiationskills
About Yourself:You are an individual with strong business acumen inIT services and Technology Solutions and Services Salesexperience.
