As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the visual merchandising standards for our prestigious jewelry products.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a luxury retail management role, preferably in the jewelry industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets in the luxury jewelry market
Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and experience in maintaining store presentation for luxury jewelry products
Proficiency in inventory management and stock control for valuable jewelry inventory
Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
