Assistant Store Manager (Luxury Fashion)

An amazing opportunity to work for an International Luxury WRTW fashion brand as ASM. In partnership with the Store Director managing a large team, assisting in directing the efforts of the sales associates and store. This includes but is not limited to: accomplishing and exceeding store wide sales targets, providing support to Store Director, assisting in training and coaching of retail staff, retaining and building client relationships, as well as actively seeking new client relationships. This person must be energetic and enthusiastic, be willing to engage customers with a sales-minded attitude, and display pride through strong work ethics, organizational skills, and cleanliness.

Major Duties:

• Assist the efforts of the store and all associates while also contributing to store sales.
• Display best in class customer service techniques, clienteling standards, and sales interactions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and support Store Director with delivery of this information.
• Meet and exceed performance expectations, with a key focus on team and client development.
• Maintain teamwork, supportive and collaborative environment between associates.
• Assist sales associates with customer interactions to elevate the level of customer services and teach associates how to properly engage with customers.
• Assist in developing strategies to maximize performance by keeping the store fresh with product, visual merchandising, and client development training.
• Assist in store operational tasks (inventory, cash protection and loss prevention, overhead and supply costs, and any other tasks that might be required).
• Maintain solid communication and feedback relationships with head office, Store Director, retail Director.

Experience and skills

• Minimum of 10 years luxury retail experience

• Sales driven and results oriented

• Organized and service minded

• Able to multi-task and delegate tasks

• Excellent written and verbal skills
